‘A DJ and More’ guarantees that the DJ assigned to your event and as named in your contract will be the DJ that shows up to perform or you get 100% of your money refunded to you AND we pay the new DJ that does perform out of OUR pocket.

‘A DJ and More’ guarantees that we will be set up on time and be prepared to play music at the time defined on the contract or you get 100% of your money refunded to you.

We guarantee that all music for the formalities - first dance, parent dances, last dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, and any ethnic formalities requested will be available and played as requested^* or you will receive a 100% refund.

* - Please note we require the songs for these portions of the wedding to be defined and listed in the online planner 1 week BEFORE the performance for this to apply.

** - We will guarantee that we will do our best to perform at your event as directed by you. We cannot guarantee that people will dance to the music you select, that your cake won’t melt on a hot afternoon in the summer, the temperature at the venue won’t be too hot or too cold, the toasts won’t be embarrassing or other things that might go wrong obviously outside of our control. But we do guarantee that if we fail to provide you the service as we’ve described we will refund 100% of your money.
